"Figured shipping would take a while, but nope"
I ordered the breathalyzer and assumed it would take a few days longer to show up, but it got here way faster than I expected. Delivery was smooth too, no problems at all.

The site was easy to figure out overall, and I did end up finding what I needed after clicking around for a bit. Some parts felt a little clunky though, and I got frustrated waiting for pages to load or for things to respond. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could’ve been smoother.

I bought one from Breathalyzer.net and it’s been really accurate so far. I’ve tested it a few times after having the same amount to drink, and the readings have stayed consistent. I had a question about my order and they actually got back to me quicker than I thought they would. The answer was clear enough, and like I said, they handled it fast. My issue got sorted without too much back and forth. It wasn’t perfect, but like I said, overall it was good service.

"Pretty straightforward instructions"
I ordered from breathalyzer.net and, to be fair, the instructions were easy to follow. Setup didn’t take very long, although I did have to reread a couple of sections to make sure I was doing it right. Overall it was a good experience. I just think one part could’ve used a little more detail, but nothing that really caused a major issue.

I ordered a breathalyzer from breathalyzer.net i was kind of expecting some annoying checkout issue or hidden fee to pop up, but it didn’t. The site was easy enough to get around, the price was clear, and I got my confirmation email right away. I’m usually quick to notice when an online order feels sketchy or frustrating, but this one was painless. Nothing really to complain about.

My breathalyzer started having an issue after a few months, i wasn’t really sure how the warranty process was going to go. I emailed them, sent over the info they asked for, and they handled it quickly. The replacement showed up with no problems. So yeah, I really appreciated how easy and hassle-free they made it

"Battery life has been better than expected"
I got my breathalyzer from Breathalyzer.net, and the first thing I noticed after using it for a while is that the battery really holds up. I’ve taken it out and used it on several nights now, and I still haven’t had to replace the battery. That makes a big difference because I don’t want to be checking it and wondering if it’s going to die right when I need it. So far, it’s been easy to rely on and I’m happy with it.

I just wanted to know what actually happens if you need a refund. Like, how long it takes, what qualifies, and whether there are any catches. The information felt too vague, and that made me hesitate. I’d feel a lot better if they clearly shared the real refund details before asking people to commit
